Happily if you don’t own a boat you can hire their Linder Sportman 400, a family boat perfect for rivers with a 15hp engine meaning you do not require a skippers licence.

The river is perfect for swimming, very enjoyable temperature. Please take note that it’s tidal.
There's a plastic kayak for messing about on the river as well.
There is very good surfing in the area as well as wonderful mountain biking along the river etc.

There is a bass dam on the property for catch and release bass fishing. Please take note that it is catch and release. Three rods inside the house are provided for this purpose.
